Aya Takano

Published on the occasion of the exhibition, Aya Takano: Reintegrating Worlds, this catalogue features color plates, images of the artist in her studio, and excerpts from the English translation of her graphic novel Cosmic Juice. 

The paintings vary in both size and format and with a light application of acrylic paint, reveal the overlapping influences such as manga, science fiction, and traditional Japanese culture.
